MISSION STATEMENT
Playing the guitar is fun. It can be cathartic. It can be joyful. It can be a way to connect to our emotions and express the things that we might not be able to put into words. It can encourage self-discipline, which in turn builds confidence and self-esteem. We can build unique working relationships with others, and develop teamwork and communication skills. We can tap into the fourth dimension and harness the ineffable flow of creativity.
My goal as a guitar teacher is to equip students with the skills and knowledge to develop their own musical voice. I aim to help students gain confidence and access their innate musical potential. I wholeheartedly believe that every single human being’s life can be enriched by playing music.
As a teacher, I can support you wherever you are in your journey. I deliver 1-1 lessons for all ages; beginners, adult beginners, improving/intermediate students, casual guitarists, and anyone in between.
I hope that in your guitar lessons you will feel safe, heard and supported. I offer a free 30minute initial lesson.

What I offer…..
I deliver 1-1 guitar tuition for all ages; beginners and beyond. My expertise as a guitarist is in indie/rock/pop. I also teach songwriting and music theory.
I teach from my home in Sherwood, Nottingham. I can travel to you within the Nottingham(shire) area.
Pricing:
£15 for 30minutes
£20 for 45minutes
£25 for 1 hr
What to expect…
I offer a free initial 30 minute session. This is so that you can meet me and get a sense of whether this would be a good fit for you. There is no obligation to continue after this 30 minute session.
During this time, we will have a chat about your musical experience, any goals or particular interests that you might have. We will also do some playing, so that I can get a sense of where you are.
All you need to bring is your guitar!
